Job Description The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager, Organizational Effectiveness She/he will be responsible for improving the organizational effectiveness and employee engagement globally through targeted strategies and interventions. Essential Duties: Provide project leadership in the area of change management Accountable for the development and execution of change management plans Develop and implement change management plan/tactics to engage stakeholders at all levels to share a common vision Work with Change Leads to define and implement change management and communications activities, messages Provide guidance and ensure consistency of client group's messaging globally  The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
