Ghacem wants to continue to be Ghana's biggest cement manufacturer and supply the market with good quality cement at a reasonable price.  JOB SUMMARY Company: Ghacem Limited Industry: Manufacturing Category: Engineering Location: Accra Job Status: Full-time Salary: GH¢  Education: BSc Experience: 5 years Job Expires: 24 Sep, 2012 Job Description Level: Senior Staff Reporting Line: Reports to Head of Mechanical Department Responsibilities: To assist in actively promoting and maintaining engineering standards at the Auto Workshop and other assigned areas within and outside plant Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirement at the Auto Workshop and other assigned posts Ensure suitable and sufficient risk assessments are in place for all activities undertaken Ensure high availability of Pay loaders and Forklifts for Plant and Harbour operations Assist in the Maintenance of Harbour Hopper Filter Plants and facilitate the availability of Plants for Clinker Discharge Ensure that all resources such as manpower, materials, methods, and procedures are followed and utilized effectively and efficiently Liaise with third party support companies for parts and repairs to ensure high availability of company's fleet of vehicles Keeps abreast with the most recent technical information and fault finding methods and ensure the dissemination of the necessary information to key personnel Required Skills or Experience Minimum qualification of BSc.
