Key Responsibilities: Tutor & deliver Defensive Driving Techniques. Lead all land transport field incident investigations. Drive energy conservation agenda with regards to reduction in fuel consumption per ISO14001. Supervise and evaluate Transportation Safety and Training Programmes. Support the correct implementation of the Company's transport safety management system and procedures. Undertake the Company's transport based risk assessment at local sites. Provide monthly report on transport safety statistics including accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to established procedures. Conduct safety induction for all new drivers. Required Skills or Experience Recognised Defensive Driving qualification. Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Transportation discipline, with a formal qualification in EHS. A minimum of 10 years' experience in Coaching & Mentoring in an international environment is required. Promotion of EHS values. Knowledge of operational and technical EHS issues. Ability to give clear instructions. An excellent driver. High attention to details. Interpersonal abilities Ability to transfer knowledge and mentor people.
