Job Description Responsible for the daily administrative, operation and maintenance of the Center including the its facilities To run a profitable and self-sustaining Conference Center To monitor and supervise the work of service providers at the Center To prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the operational performance of the Center To provide management with appropriate advice on key issues affecting the operation of the AICC To submit annual financial statements on the AICC Required Skills or Experience Ability to lead a team Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of event planning and basic protocol would be an added advantage Knowledge of the Foreign Service and Financial Administration Regulations as well as the Procurement Laws would also be an advantage Must hold a degree in Land Economy from a recognized University Must have a minimum of six (6) years working experience in a reputable institution (public or private) Must be computer literate Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills Must have basic knowledge in book keeping and accounting How To Apply Qualified and interested applicants may send their applications, Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and photocopies of relevant academic/Professional Certificates together with names and addresses of three (3) referees to: The Director of Administration Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Flagstaff House Accra
