Job Description

BUSINESS SECTOR ADVOCACY CHALLENGE (BUSAC) FUND 

The staff member will be responsible for implementing and delivering the communication, marketing and branding plan of the BUSAC Fund.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support all units of the BUSAC Fund with the creation of communication and marketing material;
  • Assist in producing and issuing communications, both internally and externally for promotional events - exhibitions, workshops and conferences
  • Oversee the coordination and management of logistics pertaining to the management of all events at the BUSAC Fund
  • Coordinate the successful and timely release of newsletters and other internal communications
  • Assist in the research of different communication methods and their associated costs
  • Assist in updating of the BUSAC Fund website in collaboration with the Webmaster by providing audio-visual and written materials

Required Skills or Experience

  • CIM Professional Diploma in Communication, Marketing or B.Sc in Communication or Marketing
Required Personal Profile:
  • A university graduate in communication and/or marketing, preferably with experience gained via placement year
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, ability to multi-task and plan own workload
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Video manipulation, Graphics Software)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure and must be trustworthy and honest
