Role Summary: The Parts and Service Sales Representative will be responsible for parts sales, service jobs, equipment evaluation, and liaising with parts and service departments and the client. Responsibilities: The Successful candidate will be responsible for: Inspecting, monitoring and providing technical report on equipments, to clients and appropriate supervisors. Proposals, quotes, and closing deals on parts sales and service business. Providing reports on market opportunities, trading trends and concerns affecting the parts sales and service business. Drawing up clients' service and account maintenance call schedules and strategies to prepare reports on sales and service goals. Coordinating and monitoring subcontractors' activities engaged by the company. Maintaining all sales demonstration tools and applications. Sales presentation on company activities, industry trends and government regulation. Maintaining safe environmental practices. Required Skills or Experience Qualifications and Skills As the successful candidate, it is essential that you possess the following skills and experience: Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in the construction and mining industry. Good knowledge in mechanics and hydraulic of earth moving equipment. Excellent customer relation, negotiation and persuasion skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to take initiative, be innovative and work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software; MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ready to travel at least 25% of the time. Must possess a valid Ghanaian Driver's License and able to drive.
