It was incorporated in 1993 by Mr. Ernest Ansah, a Ghanaian national, then resident in the UK and working with the UK Government. Its head office was site at Takoradi. The company's primary objective was to take advantage of the Founder's contacts overseas to source for educational resources from other countries, especially the UK, to be used in advancing the cause of education in Ghana.
