We are a subsidiary of Gold Fields Limited is looking to fill out the position for Superintendent Metallurgical Production – Ghana Exploration. We are located in a tropical climate; the Damang Gold Mine is a world-class operation, consisting of 25 Mtpa open pit-mining operations and a 5.2 Mtpa CIL metallurgical plant. The mine is situated in the Western Region of Ghana and is ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 certificated. It has a current Life of Mine expectancy to the year 2019 and beyond. The successful appointee will be responsible for the monitoring, recording and implementing OHS interventions in accordance with the Gold Fields Health and Safety Management System.
