The Successful applicant shall formulate, align and execute the country's strategic agenda for Personal and Preferred Banking with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the segments. Role Specific Requirment: Ensure customer value proposition is implemented in compliance with external and internal regulations and policies Lead in the implementation of a systematic portfolio management approach to enhance capability and consistency in the sales management discipline Collaborate with product teams to develop product bundles, pricing and promotions to improve cross product holding ratio and portfolio growth Provide leadership in the overall country strategy, growth and profitability of Personal and Preferred Banking Ensure segment development and value proposition through branding, event and communication Define and manage customer retention strategies, including reactive retention and proactive retention programs Collaborate with various product, credit, operations and functional teams to improve customer service delivery Required Skills or Experience Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in banking and administration or any related field Master's degree in finance /ACCA is a plus A minimum of 8 years experience in Consumer Banking and in a similar role 5 years experience in P&L ownership and risk management experience In depth understanding of key business drivers in the country with sound understanding of legal, political and economic situation or framework Persons Specific Requirment: Strong leadership and people management skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills Excellent ability to network and manage a matrix organizational structure Proven capabilities in growing businesses High integrity How To Apply Interested applicants should send CV's to CV1@platogh.com    Search for Other Jobs Here
