We are an investment company seeking candidates for the quarries located in Kumasi and Takoradi JOB SUMMARY Company: Voltacapital Industry: Retail Category: Information Services Location: Accra Job Status: Full-time Salary: Attractive Education: Bachelor's Experience: 2 years Job Expires: 01 May, 2013 Contact: HR Manager Job Description Responsible for installation/configuration and maintenance of end-user computing systems (EUC) and for end-users consultation and support aggregating the following roles: End-user Computing Engineer, Help Desk Specialist.  This individual is accountable for: PCs (laptops / desktops) and their peripherals Printing/scanning hardware Audio/ video/presentation hardware Local telephony EUC LAN Local Internet connections Windows client OSs MS Office & common applications (readers, viewers, browsers etc).Usual tasks include: IT users 1st line support / troubleshooting in case of any kind of issues Install / rebuild workstations and configure end-user hardware and services Collect and track users requests Develop and maintain operational, installation, configuration and recovering procedures Repair and recover EUC from hardware or software failures Support printing / scanning / audio / video / presentation hardware Troubleshoot telephony issues, contact telecom operator as a 2nd line support Manage / troubleshoot LAN connections Assist users with personal Internet connections management Apply OS / common applications patches and upgrades on a regular basis Support and troubleshot MS Office & other common applications Perform periodic Help Desk reporting.
