Job Description

Project Summary:
IPA Ghana seeks a survey team to work on the "COPA-Connect Smallholder Program" (CCSP) project. COPA-Connect Smallholder Program aims to link small farmers into the agricultural value chain by offering them out-grower contract. The evaluation of COPA-Connect Smallholder Program provides an unparalleled opportunity to study the multifaceted links among agriculture, health, education, and economic outcomes. 

 Auditor:
The Auditor will be responsible for conducting back checks. In particular, the Auditor will;

  • Audit surveys of all field staff;
  • Scrutinize completed surveys;
  • Administer interviews to research participants chosen by the IPA Project Managers, or as directed by them;
  • Adhere to all IPA survey protocols;
  • Contact the IPA Team Leader at any time with questions or concerns;
  • Promptly respond to contact from the IPA Project Managers, Field Managers, Team Leaders, or other IPA staff;
  • Perform other duties related to the project that may be assigned to him/her.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Economics, marketing, or any related field
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to walk/travel
  • Fluency in any of the local languages (Ga-Dangme, Ewe) is preferred
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred
