Job Description

  • Administrator Assistant required to maintain, improve and support the internal administrative procedures.  Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Education must be relative to position, any recognised qualifications will be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant / secretary / book keeper for an International Organisation in Ghana.
  • Excellent knowledge and communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • General computer skills for Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Must be able to deal with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Create and maintain filing systems.
  • Keep diaries and arrange meetings / appointments and organise travel for staff.
  • Work on local legal requirements such as VAT, SSNIT, PAYE, WHT.
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information.
  • A working knowledge of French would be advantageous.
