As a result of expansion and transformation, with the goal of becoming the "People's Bank" First National Savings and Loans Co. Ltd is looking for a dynamic, experienced and dedicated individual to fill the above position.
This position is responsible for providing overall co-ordination and management of activities of administration in the Institution.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Oversee the co-ordination and management of information technology and record retention
- Responsible for procurement
- Responsible for property and fleet management ensuring optimal use and maintenance of assets and resources including computers, vehicles, furniture, supplies and any other equipment
- Preparing periodic reports to Management
- Visiting Branches to ensure adherence to BOG regulation with regards to branch location, equipment and general environment
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Master's degree will be an advantage
- Ten (10) years working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the microfinance and/or banking industry and related statutory banking compliance regulations, banking laws, etc etc
- Strong managerial, business development and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and strong team building skills and experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must be a pro-active and results oriented individual
- Must be computer literate with skills in Microsoft office, word, excel
